Zusammenfassung: | To provide a rotary electric machine and a bearing replacement method thereof, capable of easily holding a gap between a stator and a rotor at the time of bearing replacement.SOLUTION: Disclosed is a rotary electric machine 10 which includes: a frame 11 whose inside is hollow; a stator 12 formed in a cylindrical shape fitted to the inside of the frame 11; a rotor 13 formed in the cylindrical shape arranged in the inside of the stator 12; a rotational shaft 14 fitted to the rotor 13 so as to penetrate through the inside of the rotor 13; bearings 15 provided in pairs on both end sides of the rotational shaft 14; and a bracket 16 which is fitted to the frame 11 and forms pairs supporting the bearings 15, respectively. This rotary electric machine also includes: a stator-side insertion groove 21a which is formed on both axial end sides of the inner peripheral surface of the stator 12 and oriented in the longitudinal direction along the axial direction of the stator 12; and a rotor-side insertion groove 21b which is formed on both axial end sides of the outer peripheral surface of the rotor 13 and oriented in the longitudinal direction along the axial direction of the rotor 13.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】軸受交換の際に固定子と回転子との間のギャップを保持することが容易にできる回転電機及びその軸受交換方法を提供する。【解決手段】内部中空のフレーム11と、フレーム11の内部に取り付けられた円筒形をなす固定子12と、固定子12の内部に配設された円筒形をなす回転子13と、回転子13の内部を貫通するように回転子13に取り付けられた回転軸14と、回転軸14の両端側に対をなして設けられた軸受15と、フレーム11に取り付けられて軸受15をそれぞれ支持する対をなすブラケット16とを備えている回転電機10において、固定子12の内周面の軸方向両端側に形成されて固定子12の軸方向に沿って長手方向を向けた固定子側差込溝21aと、回転子13の外周面の軸方向両端側に形成されて回転子13の軸方向に沿って長手方向を向けた回転子側差込溝21bとを有している。【選択図】図1 |
