Upon receiving a detection signal indicating detection of overcurrent outputted by the overcurrent detection circuit (10), the protection circuit (12) outputs to the drive circuits (8-1 to 8-4) a signal for turning off the switching elements (5-1 to 5-4) elapsing a predetermined time from ON control in accordance with a control signal from the control circuit (11).SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
