Zusammenfassung: | To provide a manufacturing method of an electric power conversion device, which improves heat radiation ability in the electric power conversion device using a power semiconductor element, and does not require a metal molding for a press processing.SOLUTION: An electric power conversion device 100 comprises an insulation substrate 20, a heat discharge member 40, a resin spacer 50 and a resin member 60. A power semiconductor electrode 10 is provided with one main surface of the insulation substrate 20. The heat discharge member 40 is opposite to the other main surface of the insulation substrate 20. The insulation spacer 50 has an insulation property, and is positioned between the other main surface of the insulation substrate 20 and the heat discharge member 40. The resin member 60 has the insulation property, and embeds a residual part between the other main surface of the insulation substrate 20 and the heat discharge member 40.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
