Zusammenfassung:To provide power conversion equipment capable of monitoring water leakage of all modules, without drawing around several light guides over a long distance.SOLUTION: Power conversion equipment includes multiple modules provided vertically via insulation columnar supports formed of an insulation material, and performing power conversion operation, water leakage sensors provided in the multiple modules, respectively, and detecting the leakage level of cooling water, an optical switch for transmitting the respective outputs from the water leakage sensors sequentially while switching, and a control arrangement for stopping power conversion operation of the multiple modules, according to the respective outputs from the water leakage sensors received from the optical switch. Signal exchange between the water leakage sensor and the optical switch, and signal exchange between the optical switch and the control arrangement are carried out by means of the light guide.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 【課題】多数本のライトガイドを長距離にわたって引き回すことなく、すべてのモジュールの漏水を監視できる電力変換装置を提供する。【解決手段】実施形態に係る電力変換装置は、絶縁材料で形成された絶縁支柱を介して上下に設けられ、電力変換動作する複数のモジュールと、前記複数のモジュールのそれぞれに設けられ、冷却水の漏水レベルを検出する漏水センサと、前記漏水センサの各出力を切り換えて順次送信する光スイッチと、前記光スイッチから受信した前記漏水センサの各出力に応じて前記複数のモジュールの電力変換動作を停止する制御装置と、を備える。前記漏水センサと前記光スイッチとの間の信号の授受、および、前記光スイッチと前記制御装置との間の信号の授受は、ライトガイドによって行われる。【選択図】図1
