To provide a connector in which a terminal or a housing is hardly deformed even if a contact pressure of a contact piece of the terminal to a connection object is set high.SOLUTION: A connector comprises: a housing having a fitting chamber inserting a pin terminal; and a terminal 3 conductive-contact to the pin terminal in a chamber of the fitting chamber. The terminal 3 includes: a fixing base part 47 fixed to the housing; a contact piece 48 pressed and contacted to the pin terminal inserted into the fitting chamber by being extended from the fixing base part 47; and a right pressure support piece 49 and a left pressure support piece 50 extended from the fixing base part 47. Each of the right pressure support piece 49 and the left pressure support piece 50 includes a right contact bearing part 64 and a left contact bearing part 67 that are positioned so as to face the contact piece 48 in the chamber in the fitting chamber, and arranged in parallel to a crossing direction of an insertion direction of the pin terminal to the fitting chamber. When receiving the pressure and contact of the pin terminal with the plurality of contact reception parts, a pressure force can be distributed, and thus, the deformation of the contact piece 48, the right contact bearing part 64, and the left contact bearing part 67 can be prevented.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 7 【課題】接続対象物に対する端子の接触片の接触圧を高く設定しても、端子やハウジングが変形しにくいコネクタを提供する。【解決手段】ピン端子を挿入する嵌合室を有するハウジングと、嵌合室の室内でピン端子と導通接触する端子３とを備え、端子３は、ハウジングに固定する固定基部４７と、固定基部４７から伸長して嵌合室に挿入されたピン端子と押圧接触する接触片４８と、固定基部４７から伸長する右押圧支持片４９と左押圧支持片５０と有し、右押圧支持片４９と左押圧支持片５０とは、嵌合室の室内で接触片４８と対向して位置し嵌合室へのピン端子の挿入方向の交差方向に並べて配置してなる右接触受け部６４と左接触受け部６７とを有する。複数の接触受け部でピン端子の押圧接触を受けることで、押圧力を分散することができ、これによって、接触片４８及び右接触受け部６４と左接触受け部６７の変形を防ぐことができる。【選択図】図７
