Zusammenfassung:To reduce an error with respect to an actual temperature before measuring a temperature even in an input stabilized period in temperature measurements using a thermocouple.SOLUTION: A temperature measuring device comprises a compensation temperature measuring element, an internal temperature measuring element, and a control unit. The compensation temperature measuring element is arranged in the vicinity to a connecting terminal in a housing to which a thermocouple is connected. The internal temperature measuring element is arranged at a position near the connecting terminal in the housing where the effect due to the internal heat of the housing is different with the compensation temperature measuring element. The control unit compensates a temperature based on a measured voltage obtained from the thermocouple via the connecting terminal using a cooling point compensation temperature measured by the compensation temperature measuring element and the internal temperature measured by the internal temperature measuring element, and calculates the temperature to be measured by the thermocouple.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 【課題】熱電対を用いる温度測定において、入力安定化期間であっても、実際の温度に対する誤差をより小さくして温度を測定する。【解決手段】温度測定装置は、補償温度測定素子、内部温度測定素子、および、制御部を備える。補償温度測定素子は、筐体における熱電対が接続される接続端子の近傍に配置されている。内部温度測定素子は、筐体における、接続端子の近傍であって、筐体の内部の熱による影響が補償温度測定素子と異なる位置に配置されている。制御部は、補償温度測定素子が測定した冷接点補償温度と、内部温度測定素子が測定した内部温度と、を用いて、熱電対から接続端子を介して得られる測定電圧に基づく温度を補償して、熱電対による測定対象温度を算出する。【選択図】図1
