Zusammenfassung:To suppress a foam phenomenon and to realize the improvement of thermal conductivity in a press-fit material filled to a gap in a blast furnace wall.SOLUTION: A press-fit material comprises: a graphite refractory aggregate; and a liquid phenolic resin made of a phenolic resin and a solvent. In the solvent of the liquid phenolic resin by 100 mass%, ester having a boiling point of 150 to 350°C is contained by 30 mass% or higher, and the graphite refractory aggregate contains spherical graphite by 5 mass% or higher in the graphite refractory aggregate by 100 mass%.SELECTED DRAWING: None 【課題】高炉炉壁の間隙に充填される圧入材において、発泡現象を抑制し、熱伝導性の向上を実現する。【解決手段】黒鉛質の耐火骨材と、フェノール樹脂及び溶剤からなる液状フェノール樹脂とを含む圧入材である。前記液状フェノール樹脂の溶剤100質量%中、沸点が150℃以上350℃以下であるエステルを30質量%以上含み、前記黒鉛質の耐火骨材は、当該黒鉛質の耐火骨材100質量%中に球状黒鉛を5質量%以上含む。【選択図】なし
