Zusammenfassung:To provide a vibration control sheet capable of improving a vibration control effect and suppressing the occurrence of detachment.SOLUTION: The vibration control sheet includes: a restraining plate; and a vibration control material. The restraining plate has a first surface and a second surface located on an opposite side of the first surface. A vibration control material is provided on the second surface of the restraining plate. The vibration control sheet is installed so that the second surface of the restraining plate faces a vibration control object through the vibration control material. In this case, the vibration control sheet has a cross section curved so that a center section projects in a convex shape to the side of the first surface more than a peripheral section and a through hole formed to penetrate through from the side of the first surface to the side of the second surface. The vibration control sheet closely adheres to the vibration control object by penetrating a rod-like first fastening member which is provided in the vibration control object and has a male screw through the through hole and fastening a second fastening member having a female screw to the first fastening member penetrating through the through hole.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 【課題】制振効果が向上し、脱離の発生を抑制可能な、制振シート等を提供する。【解決手段】本発明の制振シートは、拘束板と制振材とを備える。拘束板は、第1面および第1面の反対側に位置する第2面を有する。制振材は、拘束板の第2面に設けられている。制振シートは、拘束板の第2面が制振材を介して制振対象に対面するように設置される。ここでは、制振シートは、中央部分が周辺部分よりも第1面の側へ凸状に突き出るように断面が湾曲していると共に、第1面の側から第2面の側に貫通する貫通孔が形成されている。制振シートは、制振対象に設けられた、雄ネジを有する棒状の第1締結部材が貫通孔を貫通し、貫通孔を貫通した第1締結部材に、雌ネジを有する第2締結部材を締め付けることによって、制振対象に密着する。【選択図】図1
