WITHDRAWAL PREVENTION STRUCTURE OF PIPE CONNECTION PART

To provide a withdrawal prevention structure of a pipe connection part in which a leakage of fluid caused by reduced seal at a seal part as both pipes are relatively withdrawn and moved can be restricted by a rational improvement of a thimble and the withdrawal and moved state of pipe joint parts of both pipes can be easily estimated from outside.SOLUTION: This invention relates to a withdrawal prevention structure of a pipe connection part in which a thimble 3 having a block construction enclosing a pipe connection part 4 for both pipe parts 1, 2 under a hermetic seal state is installed outward over both pipe parts 1, 2 and there is provided separation movement prevention means 9 abutted and prevented a relative withdrawal of both pipe parts 1, 2 more than a specified relative separation movement. The thimble 3 comprises a first thimble 30 outwardly installed and fixed to one pipe part 1 and a second thimble 50 outwardly installed and fixed to the other pipe part 2. The first thimble 30 and the second thimble 50 are slidably fitted and connected to each other in a pipe axial core part and there is provided a seal part 62 for slidably close sealing the fitted and connected part between the first thimble 30 and the second thimble 50.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3 【課題】継ぎ輪の合理的な改造により、両管部の相対離脱移動に伴うシール部の密封低下に起因する流体の漏洩を抑制することができ、且つ、両管部の管継手部の離脱移動状態を外部から容易に推測することのできる管接続部の離脱防止構造を提供する。【解決手段】両管部１，２の管接続部４を密封状態で囲繞する分割構造の継ぎ輪３が両管部１，２に亘って外装され、両管部１，２の一定以上の相対離脱移動を当接阻止する離脱移動阻止手段９が設けられている管接続部の離脱防止構造であって、継ぎ輪３は、一方の管部１に外装固定される第１継ぎ輪３０と、他方の管部２に外装固定される第２継ぎ輪５０と、を備え、第１継ぎ輪３０と第２継ぎ輪５０とは、管軸芯方に摺動自在に嵌合接続され、第１継ぎ輪３０と第２継ぎ輪５０との嵌合接続部を摺動自在に密封するシール部６２が設けられている。【選択図】図３
