Zusammenfassung:To provide a shutter management system and a shutter management device capable of creating an appropriate maintenance plan according to the stage of signs of failure of a movable part of a shutter device.SOLUTION: A shutter management system 1 comprises a diagnostic device 50 arranged in each of a plurality of movable parts of a shutter device 20 and capable of diagnosing signs of failure for each part gradually based on a detection signal of a detection unit capable of detecting the displacement of the movable part gradually, and a shutter management device 4 for collecting information diagnosed by the diagnostic device 50 via a network.
