Zusammenfassung:To provide a joint structure of steel members and a joint method of steel members capable of joining steel members easily by a method without fire without welding the steel members with each other.SOLUTION: A joint structure 1 of steel members in which a steel beam (second steel member) 3 is joined to a steel pillar (first steel member) 2 includes a joint steel material 4 joined to the steel beam 3 and a joint screw 5 for joining the joint steel material 4 to the steel pillar 2. The joint screws 5 are inserted in first hole parts 411a, 421a, 432a formed in the joint steel material 4 and second hole parts 21a, 22a formed in the steel pillar 2. The first hole parts 411a, 421a, 432a are formed to have a larger inner diameter than the diameter of a screw part of the joint screw 5, and the second hole parts 21a, 22a are formed to have a smaller inner diameter than the diameter of the screw part of the joint screw 5.
