Zusammenfassung:	To provide a manufacturing method of a liquid crystalline polyester monofilament with less deposits in a weaving step of its diameter-reduced and highly densified mesh and excellent passability during weaving process and product yield.SOLUTION: The manufacturing method of a liquid crystalline polyester monofilament is characterized by that, after application of a solid-state polymerization oil solution to a yarn obtained by melting spinning a liquid crystalline polyester and subsequent solid-state polymerization, the monofilament is continuously soaked in a liquid, then cleaned by blowing a fluid mixture of a liquid and a gas by using a spray nozzle.SELECTED DRAWING: None 【課題】細径化および高密度化メッシュでの製織工程において堆積物が少なく、製織工程の通過性および製品収率が優れた液晶ポリエステルモノフィラメントの製造方法を提供する。【解決手段】液晶ポリエステルを溶融紡糸して得た糸条に固相重合油剤を塗布して固相重合した後、該モノフィラメントを連続的に液体中に浸漬させ、次いで液体と気体の混合流体スプレーノズルで吹き付け洗浄することを特徴とする液晶ポリエステルモノフィラメントの製造方法。【選択図】なし
