Zusammenfassung:To provide methods for producing a molded body and carbide which proceed sufficiently in molding and solidification and are excellent in a hardness by using fibrous biomass as a raw material.SOLUTION: A method for producing a molded body including a first step of decomposing at least a part of an oil component contained in fibrous biomass by blowing gas containing oxygen into an accumulated material of the fibrous biomass from gas supply means positioned below the accumulated material, a second step of crushing the fibrous biomass in which at least a part of the oil component is decomposed to obtain crushed matters, and a third step of extrusion-molding the crushed matters to obtain a molded body.SELECTED DRAWING: None 【課題】繊維状バイオマス原料を用いて成型体及び炭化物を製造する際に、成型固化が十分に進行し、硬度に優れる成型体及び炭化物を製造する方法を提供すること。【解決手段】繊維状バイオマス原料の集積物に、上記集積物の下方に位置するガス供給手段から上記集積物の内部に酸素を含むガスを吹き込みながら上記繊維状バイオマス原料に含まれる油分の少なくとも一部を分解する第一工程と、油分の少なくとも一部が分解された上記繊維状バイオマスを粉砕して粉砕物を得る第二工程と、上記粉砕物を押出成型して成型体を得る第三工程と、を含む、成型体の製造方法を提供する。【選択図】なし
