Zusammenfassung:	To provide a laminate adhesive that has an excellent adhesive strength, draw-moldability and moist/heat resistance, and a packaging material obtained using said laminate adhesive.SOLUTION: Said laminate adhesive is obtained by containing a polyisocyanate component, a polyol component and an epoxy component in a laminate adhesive, and in which the polyol component is an aromatic polyurethane polyol, the weight average molecular weight of the polyol component is 30,000 or more and 50,000 or less, the epoxy equivalent of the epoxy component is in the range of 440 g/eq or more and 700 g/eq or less, and the content ratio of the epoxy component is 10 pts.mass or more and 40 pts.mass or less with respect to 100 pts.mass of the polyol component.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 【課題】優れた接着強度、絞り成型性および耐湿熱性を得ることができるラミネート接着剤、および、そのラミネート接着剤を用いて得られる包装材を提供すること。【解決手段】ラミネート接着剤に、ポリイソシアネート成分、ポリオール成分およびエポキシ成分を含有させ、ポリオール成分を、芳香族系ポリウレタンポリオールとし、ポリオール成分の重量平均分子量を、３万以上５万以下とし、エポキシ成分のエポキシ当量を４４０ｇ／ｅｑ以上７００ｇ／ｅｑ以下の範囲とし、エポキシ成分の含有割合を、ポリオール成分１００質量部に対して１０質量部以上４０質量部以下とする。【選択図】図１
