To provide an in-floorboard wiring structure where an electric source cable can be wired in a floorboard and a railway vehicle.SOLUTION: In an in-floorboard wiring structure of a floorboard 120 used in a railway vehicle 10, the floorboard 120 comprises a hollow member 124 with a multilayer structure, which penetrates through the inside, and whose sectional height is less than a thickness of the floorboard 120.
