CLEANING METHOD OF CONCRETE MIXER

To provide a cleaning method of a concrete mixer which can be easily performed without requiring troublesome operation or processing after cleaning.SOLUTION: A cleaning method for cleaning a concrete mixer 1 which produces freshly mixed concrete by inputting a plurality of kinds of material into a hollow mixer main body 2 and kneading such kinds of material by rotatively driving a plurality of blades 3 includes a material inputting process S1 of projecting water and an alkali neutralizer into an ice-making machine 10, a rock ice preparation process S2 of preparing rock ice 11 in which the alkali neutralizer is contained by operating the ice-making machine 10, a rock ice supply process S3 of supplying rock ice 11 prepared on the rock ice preparation process S2 to the mixer main body 2 after preparation and discharging of freshly mixed concrete by means of the concrete mixer 1 and a mixer cleaning process S4 of cleaning an inner part of the mixer main body 2 with rock ice 11 supplied on the rock ice supply process S3 by rotatively driving the blade 3.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3 【課題】洗浄後の面倒な作業や処理を必要とせず容易に実施することのできるコンクリートミキサの洗浄方法を提供する。【解決手段】本発明の洗浄方法は、中空状のミキサ本体２内に複数種類の材料を投入し、それらの材料を複数のブレード３を回転駆動させて混練することにより生コンクリートを生成するコンクリートミキサ１においてそれを洗浄するための洗浄方法であって、製氷機１０に水とアルカリ中和剤とを投入する材料投入工程Ｓ１と、製氷機１０を稼働してアルカリ中和剤が含まれるロックアイス１１を生成するロックアイス生成工程Ｓ２と、コンクリートミキサ１による生コンクリートの生成排出後に、ロックアイス生成工程Ｓ２において生成されたロックアイス１１をミキサ本体２内に供給するロックアイス供給工程Ｓ３と、ブレード３を回転駆動させてロックアイス供給工程Ｓ３で供給されたロックアイス１１によってミキサ本体２の内部を洗浄するミキサ洗浄工程Ｓ４とを有する。【選択図】図３
