Zusammenfassung: | To provide a metal separation from shredder dust and fuel formation of organic combustible residue, an effective utilization method of inorganic residue and its treatment device which improves treatment capacity by leaps and bounds such that "cotton-like dust" and "granular dust" which are only waste in the conventional technique can be recycled.SOLUTION: Waste of waste automobile, waste house-hold electric, waste office house-hold or else are crushed to a prescribed size on a crushing process S1, an iron content is separated and recovered on an iron content separation recovery process S3, non-iron content is separated and recovered on a non-iron content separation recovery process S4, a metal content is screened on a metal content separation recovery process S5, floating "cotton dust" and settling crushed material are screened by wind power on a wind power screening processes S2, S6, S8, S9 and settled and separated crushed-material is crushed into further smaller particulate on crushing process S10 through a finely grinding process S7 for chopping the crushed material into prescribed size, and non-metallic dust is separated into metal dust such as copper, aluminum, iron and the like, "cotton dust" and "particular dust" on a separation process S11. The "cotton dust"/"particular dust" are respectively separately recovered as various kinds of fuel resources for consumer, business and industry.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】従来では単なる廃棄物であった「綿状ダスト」や「粒状ダスト」を再資源として利用できるようにする。処理能力も飛躍的に高める。【解決手段】廃自動車、廃家電製品、廃オフィス家具等の廃棄物を所定の大きさに破砕する破砕工程S1と、鉄分を分離、回収する鉄分分離回収工程S3と、非鉄分を分離、回収する非鉄分分離回収工程S4と、金属分を選別する金属分分離回収工程S5と、風力で浮遊する「綿状ダスト」と沈降する破砕物とに選別する風力選別工程S2,S6、S8、S9と、沈降分離した破砕物について、所定の大きさに切り刻む破細工程S7を経て粉砕工程S10にて更に小さな粒状に粉砕され非金属ダストは、分離工程S11にて銅、アルミ、鉄などの金属屑と「綿状ダスト」と「粒状ダスト」に分離される。「綿状ダスト」・「粒状ダスト」をそれぞれ別々に回収し、民生、業務、産業用の各種燃料資源として再利用する。【選択図】図1 |
