Zusammenfassung:To provide a battery restraint which can suppress the precipitation of an electrolyte solution of each battery when the batteries and spacers are bound.SOLUTION: Disclosed herein is a battery restraint 10 comprising spacers 12 which are laminated on a plurality of batteries 11 alternately in a horizontal direction and bound together with the plurality of batteries 11, in which an end 12a where each spacer 12 touches the corresponding battery 11 has a round shape having a curvature radius Rr1 of 3 millimeters or more.
