Zusammenfassung:To form on a translucent member a coating that prevents contact with a sample and prevent the coating from peeling off.SOLUTION: Provided is an optical measurement cell 100 comprising a first translucent member 2 and a second translucent member 3 sandwiching an internal space S where a test liquid is accommodated and constituted so that incident light on the first translucent member 2 passes through the internal space S and is emitted from the second translucent member 3. The optical measurement cell 100 further includes: a first presser member 4 for pressing the periphery of a light transmission region A, on an extrorse surface 22 facing the light incident side of the first translucent member 2, which light permeates; a second presser member 5 for pressing the periphery of a light transmission region A, on an extrorse surface 32 facing the light incident side of the second translucent member 3, which light permeates; and seal members 8, 9 interposed between the first translucent member 2 and the first presser member 4 and between the second translucent member 3 and the second presser member 5.
