The pressure sensor 20 includes a pressure-sensitive surface 201. The cover member 30, attached to the pressure sensor 20, is disposed on the pressure-sensitive surface 201. The cover member 30 includes an operation surface 301, an elastic member 320, and a positioning structure 330. The elastic member 320, located between the operation surface 301 and the pressure-sensitive surface 201, transmits force applied on the operation surface 301 to the pressure-sensitive surface 201. The positioning structure 330 positions the elastic member 320 relative to the pressure-sensitive surface 201 on a plane parallel to the pressure-sensitive surface 201.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】簡易な構造で感圧面への圧力の伝達効率の向上を図ること。【解決手段】感圧装置10は、圧力センサ20と、カバー部材30と、を備える。圧力センサ20は、感圧面201を有する。カバー部材30は、圧力センサ20に取り付けられて感圧面201上に配置される。カバー部材30は、操作面301と、弾性部材320と、位置決め構造330と、を有する。弾性部材320は、操作面301と感圧面201との間に位置し、操作面301に加わる力を感圧面201に伝える。位置決め構造330は、感圧面201に平行な平面での弾性部材320の感圧面201に対する位置を決める。【選択図】図1 |
