Zusammenfassung:To provide a novel technique of producing an organic hydride.SOLUTION: A device 10 of producing an organic hydride comprises an electrolyte membrane 110 having proton conductivity, a reduction electrode 120 disposed on one side of the electrolyte membrane 110 to hydrogenate pyrazine with a proton, and an oxidation electrode 150 disposed on the opposite side of the one side of the electrolyte membrane 110 to produce a proton by oxidizing water. The device 10 of producing an organic hydride produces piperazine, namely an organic hydride by hydrogenating pyrazine by an electrochemical reduction reaction.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 【課題】新たな有機ハイドライドの製造技術を提供する。【解決手段】有機ハイドライド製造装置10は、プロトン伝導性を有する電解質膜110と、電解質膜110の一方の側に設けられ、プロトンでピラジン類を水素化する還元極120と、電解質膜110の前記一方の側とは反対側に設けられ、水を酸化してプロトンを生成する酸化極150とを備える。有機ハイドライド製造装置10は、ピラジン類を電気化学還元反応により水素化して有機ハイドライドとしてのピペラジン類を生成する。【選択図】図1
