Zusammenfassung: | To provide a porous carbon particle capable of effectively using many mesopores.SOLUTION: There are (1) a porous carbon particle having a pore diameter peak in an adsorption side by a BJH method between 2.6 nm to 200 nm, specific surface area of 100 to 600 m/g, and pore volume of 2.6 nm to 200 nm in the adsorption side by the BJH method of 0.4 ml/g or more, and (2) a porous carbon particle having the pore diameter peak in an adsorption side by the BJH method between 2.6 nm to 200 nm, specific surface area of 100 to 600 m/g, and all pore volume of 0.5 to 1.3 ml/g.
