Zusammenfassung:To provide a dustproof cover for a kneader, capable of effectively suppressing scattering of a dust from a kneader to the outside of the kneader.SOLUTION: A dustproof cover 21 to be attached to a kneader 11 for preventing a dust in a kneader 11 from scattering to the outside of the kneader 11 has a cover double structure composed of an inside dustproof cover 31 to be arranged outside of a kneading tank 12 of the kneader 11 and an outside dustproof cover 41 to be arranged outside of the inside dustproof cover 31. The outside dustproof cover 41 contains; a suction port 44 open to an inter-cover chamber 42 and connected with a suction source 46; a cover end part 41a arranged outside of a gap cbetween the kneading tank 12 and the inside dustproof cover 31; an atmosphere open port 43 to be open to the atmosphere between the gap cand a cover end part 41a; and a suction route 47 which leads a dust leaked from the gap cto a suction port 44 via the inter-cover chamber 42 together with an atmosphere flown-in from the atmosphere open port 43.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 【課題】混練機から混練機の外部へ粉塵が飛散するのを有効に抑制することができる混練機用防塵カバーを提供する。【解決手段】混練機11から混練機11の外部へ粉塵が飛散しないように混練機11に装着される防塵カバー21であって、混練機11における混練槽12の外側に配置される内側防塵カバー31と内側防塵カバー31のさらに外側に配置される外側防塵カバー41とよりなるカバー二重構造を備える。外側防塵カバー41は、カバー間チャンバ42に開口し吸引源46に接続される吸引口44と、混練槽12および内側防塵カバー31間の隙間c2の外側に配置されるカバー端部41aと、前記隙間c2およびカバー端部41a間で大気開放される大気開放口43と、前記隙間c2から漏洩する粉塵を大気開放口43から流入する大気と共にカバー間チャンバ42を経由して吸引口44へ導く吸引経路47とを備える。【選択図】図1
