Zusammenfassung:	To provide a cold insulation liner with a high cold insulation effect and a low environmental load, and a cold insulation cardboard using the same, at a low cost.SOLUTION: A cold insulation liner includes, with liner paper as a base material, a paper layer laminated on a front side interposing a wax layer. The paper layer includes an ink layer containing a metal particle or a metal layer by vapor deposition. The wax layer has a coating weight of wax of 1-10 g/m(dry). A cold insulation cardboard uses the cold insulation liner.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 【課題】保冷効果が高く環境負荷の低い保冷ライナーおよびそれを用いた保冷ダンボールを低コストで提供することを課題とする。【解決手段】ライナー紙を基材として、ワックス層を介して表面側には紙層が積層されており、該紙層は金属粒子を含むインキ層、または蒸着による金属層を有していることを特徴とする保冷ライナーであって、ワックス層はワックスの塗工量が１ｇ／ｍ２〜１０ｇ／ｍ２（ｄｒｙ）であることを特徴とする保冷ライナーであり、それを用いた保冷ダンボールである。【選択図】図１
