To provide a resistance-welding electrode capable of stable and excellent welding.SOLUTION: A resistance-welding electrode 1 of the present invention comprises an electrode center part 3 and an electrode outer peripheral part 5 provided around the electrode center part 3, and the electrode center part 3 comprises a tip surface 7 exposed from the electrode outer peripheral part 5, and a tip of the electrode outer peripheral part 5 becomes a shoulder part 9, and electric current density in a welding part 8 can be secured by reducing electric conductivity of the shoulder part 9 more than electric conductivity of the electrode center part 3, so that stable and excellent welding can be executed.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3 【課題】安定して良好な溶接ができる抵抗溶接用電極の提供を目的とした。【解決手段】本発明の抵抗溶接用電極１は、電極中心部３と、電極中心部３の周囲に設けられる電極外周部５とを有し、電極中心部３は電極外周部５から露出する先端面７を備え、電極外周部５の先端部はショルダー部９となり、ショルダー部９の導電率を電極中心部３の導電率より低くすることにより、溶接部８における電流密度を確保することができ、安定して良好な溶接を行うことが可能となる。【選択図】図３
