Zusammenfassung: | To provide a composition which is blended with a vegetable squeezed juice-containing beverage, capable of adding good flavor to the vegetable squeezed juice-containing beverage at similar level to a vegetable squeezed juice-containing beverage using a flavor, and inhibiting light deterioration or heat deterioration at similar level to the vegetable squeezed juice-containing beverage using the flavor.SOLUTION: There is provided a composition containing an apple concentrated liquid and blended in a vegetable squeezed juice-containing beverage containing no flavor. The apple concentrated liquid is preferably a green apple concentrated liquid, titer of the apple concentrated liquid is preferably 100 fold or more, and it is further preferable that the vegetable squeezed juice-containing beverage contains a squeezed liquid of one or both of carrot and spinach. A blended ratio of the composition in the vegetable squeezed juice-containing beverage is further preferably 0.1 to 5.0%.SELECTED DRAWING: None
【課題】香料を使用した野菜搾汁液含有飲料と同等程度に良好な香味を野菜搾汁液含有飲料に付与することができ、又香料を使用した野菜搾汁液含有飲料と同等程度に光劣化や熱劣化を抑制できる、野菜搾汁液含有飲料に配合する組成物の提供。【解決手段】リンゴ濃縮液を含有する組成物であって、香料を含まない野菜搾汁液含有飲料に配合される組成物。リンゴ濃縮液が青リンゴ濃縮液であることが好ましく、リンゴ濃縮液の力価が100fold又はそれ以上であることがより好ましく、野菜搾汁液含有飲料が、ニンジン及びホウレンソウのいずれか又は両方の搾汁液を含有するものであることが更に好ましい。又、野菜搾汁液含有飲料における前記組成物の配合割合は、0.1〜5.0%であることが更に好ましい。【選択図】なし |
