Zusammenfassung: | To provide a load following device which can follow abrupt load fluctuation and/or load fluctuation having different amount of fluctuation and can appropriately control the load fluctuation, and a nuclear power plant having the load following device.SOLUTION: A load following device 2 comprises: control rod operation monitoring device 14 controlling a position of a control rod 15; a reactor recirculation flow rate control device 12 controlling the amount of cooling water in the reactor; an electric hydraulic control device 11 controlling a an opening degree of turbine steam regulating valve 6 provided in main steam piping 5 which guides the steam generated in the reactor to the turbine 8a and an opening degree of a bypass valve 7 provided in bypass piping which branches from the main steam piping 5 and communicates with a condenser 9; and a plant output changing method switching unit 16 changing the plant output by a control method which uses either one of a control rod operating monitoring unit 14, a reactor recirculation flow rate control unit 12 and the electric hydraulic control device 11 based on a change and a rate of change of turbine speed and an operating state of the reactor.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】急激な負荷の変動及び/又は様々な変化量を有する負荷変動に対し追従し適切に制御し得る負荷追従装置及びそれを有する原子力発電プラントを提供する。【解決手段】負荷追従装置2は、制御棒15の位置を制御する制御棒操作監視装置14、原子炉内の冷却水の循環量を制御する原子炉再循環流量制御装置12、原子炉にて発生した蒸気をタービン8aに導く主蒸気配管5に設けられたタービン蒸気加減弁6及び主蒸気配管5より分岐し復水器9へ連通するバイパス配管に設けられたバイパス弁7の開度を制御する電気油圧式制御装置11、及び、タービン速度の変化量及び変化率と原子炉の運転状態に基づき制御棒操作監視装置14及び原子炉再循環流量制御装置12並びに電気油圧式制御装置11のうち少なくともいずれか1つを用いた制御方式でプラント出力を変更するプラント出力変更方式切替装置16と、を備える。【選択図】図1 |
