Zusammenfassung: | To provide a new fastening structure capable of reducing the generation of an arc itself.SOLUTION: In a fastening structure 1 of the present invention, a first member 10 and a second member 20 are overlapped such that the central axes C of a first insertion hole 15 and a second insertion hole 25 thereof coincide with each other and a fastener pin 31 of a fastener 30 passes through the first insertion hole 15 and the second insertion hole 25. A male screw 33 provided at the tip of the fastener pin 31 is exposed at a fastener screw side FTS other than the back side 23 of the second member 20. A female screw 39 of a collar 37 is attached to the male screw 33 so that the fastening structure 1 is formed, in which the first member 10 and the second member 20 are firmly fixed to each other. 【課題】アークの発生自体を低減できる新たなファスニング構造を提供すること。【解決手段】本発明のファスニング構造1は、第一部材10と第二部材20が、互いの第一挿通孔15と第二挿通孔25の中心軸Cが一致するように重ね合わされ、ファスナ30のファスナピン31が第一挿通孔15、第二挿通孔25を貫通するように挿通される。ファスナピン31の先端に設けられる雄ねじ33は第二部材20のうら面23よりもファスナねじ側FTSに露出される。この雄ねじ33にカラー37の雌ねじ39を付けることで、第一部材10と第二部材20が強固に固定されたファスニング構造1が構成される。ファスニング構造1は、第二部材20のおもて面21に第二面取り27を備えている。【選択図】図1 |
