Zusammenfassung: | To provide an electric drive vehicle structure which enables a coolant pipe to be arranged in a vehicle longitudinal direction without bypassing a battery case and minimizes a length of the pipe.SOLUTION: A range extender unit is disposed at a vehicle cabin rear side, a battery case 51 which houses rectangular battery blocks in an aligned manner is disposed in a vehicle cabin lower part. A driving motor and heat exchangers for the range extender unit are disposed in a motor room at the vehicle cabin front side. In the battery case 51, the battery blocks are disposed at left and right sides as viewed in a vehicle width direction while spaced apart from each other in a center part as viewed in the vehicle width direction. A recessed part 52 extending in a vehicle longitudinal direction is formed at a position of an upper surface part of the battery case 51 which corresponds to the center part as viewed in the vehicle width direction. A coolant pipe W connecting the heat exchangers with the range extender unit is housed in the recessed part 52.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
【課題】冷却水配管を、バッテリケースを迂回することなく車両前後方向に配索して、その配管長さの最小化を図る電気駆動車両構造を提供する。【解決手段】車室後方にレンジエクステンダユニットが配置され、車室下部に矩形体のバッテリブロックを配列収容したバッテリケース51が配置され、車室前方のモータルーム内に駆動用モータとレンジエクステンダユニット用の熱交換器とが配置され、バッテリケース51内でバッテリブロックは車幅方向中央部にて車幅方向の左右に離間して配置され、車幅方向中央部と合致してバッテリケース51上面部に、車両前後方向に延びる凹部52が形成され、熱交換器とレンジエクステンダユニットとを連結する冷却水配管Wが、凹部52に収容されたことを特徴とする。【選択図】図2 |
