Zusammenfassung: | To enhance coatability to the release layer and adhesiveness between the release layer and a substrate, and further to prevent reduction of adhesion in a post process by transference of an adherend to a release layer component or process contamination by an oligomer generated from the substrate (supporting substrate) after a high temperature treatment at a state laminated to the adherend.SOLUTION: There is provided a release film having an intermediate layer and a release layer on at least one surface of a supporting substrate in this order from a supporting substrate side, in which the release layer consists of a cured article of a coating composition for release layer containing a silicon resin and a cellulose derivative, and the intermediate layer consists of a cured article of a coating composition for intermediate layer containing one or more kind of metal complex having at least one metal element selected from a group consisting of aluminum, titanium, and zirconium as a center metal, and an organic ligand, and a silane compound represented by a specific general formula.SELECTED DRAWING: None
【課題】本発明が解決しようとする課題は、離型層への塗工性、および離型層と基材(支持基材)との密着性を向上させ、さらには、被着体と貼り合わせた状態で高温処理した後に、被着体への離型層成分の転写による後工程での接着の低下や基材(支持基材)から発生したオリゴマーによる工程汚染を防止することである。【解決手段】支持基材の少なくとも一方の面に、支持基材側から順に中間層と離型層とを有する離型フィルムであって、前記離型層が、シリコーン系樹脂およびセルロース誘導体を含む離型層用塗料組成物の硬化物からなり、かつ前記中間層が、アルミニウム、チタン、およびジルコニウムからなる群から選ばれる少なくとも1つの金属元素を中心金属とし、有機配位子を有する金属錯体の1種または2種以上並びに特定の一般式で示されたシラン化合物を含む中間層用塗料組成物の硬化物からなる、離型フィルム。【選択図】なし |
