Zusammenfassung:	To provide a flux, a resin flux cored solder, and a flux coat pellet which can wash with water.SOLUTION: A resin flux cored solder 10 is structured of a linear solder 20, and a flux 30 filled in an approximate center part (an axial center) of a cross section of the solder 20. The flux 30 contains salt-forming amine, and salt-forming organic acid. The salt-forming organic acid is 10-645 pts.mass to 100 pts.mass of the salt-forming amine. The salt-forming organic acid includes at least one organic acid selected from a group of malonic acid, succinic acid, glutaric acid, tartaric acid, malic acid, diglycolic acid, and citric acid.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 【課題】水洗浄を行うことが可能なフラックス、やに入りはんだおよびフラックスコートペレットを提供する。【解決手段】やに入りはんだ１０は、線状からなるはんだ２０と、このはんだ２０の断面の略中央部（軸心）に充填されたフラックス３０とから構成される。フラックス３０は、塩形成用アミンと塩形成用有機酸とを含み、塩形成用アミンが１００質量部に対して、塩形成用有機酸が１０質量部以上６４５質量部以下である。塩形成用有機酸は、マロン酸、コハク酸、グルタル酸、酒石酸、リンゴ酸、ジグリコール酸およびクエン酸からなる群から選択される少なくとも１つの有機酸を含む。【選択図】図１
