To provide a customer management system that can implement an individual and specific handling in accordance with respective customers having various circumstances.SOLUTION: A customer management system (shop state management system 5) comprises: a purchase detection device (a POS terminal 36) that is provided in a shop and detects purchasing by a customer; at least one camera 31 that photographs the customer; and a server 11. The camera 31 is configured to photograph the customer conducting the purchase by the purchase detection device to acquire a photographing image, and transmit the photographed image to the server 11.
