Zusammenfassung:To reduce a manufacturing cost of a gas cylinder device with a safety function.SOLUTION: A gas damper 100 comprises: a communication hole 6 formed in a cylinder 1 so as to communicate between the inside and the outside of the cylinder 1; a partition member 20 provided in the cylinder 1 and defining a pressure side chamber 4 together with a piston 2; a gas passage 25 defined by the partition member 20, and guiding working gas in the pressure side chamber 4 to the communication hole 6; and an O-ring 30 sealing the gas passage 25.
