HULLING SORTER

To provide a hulling sorter much in a yield by reducing unpolished rice discharged to the machine outside together with rice hulls, in a hulling sorter for removing the rice hulls by suction air of a suction fan from mixed rice coming out of a hulling part in the present invention.SOLUTION: In a hulling sorter for taking out to the machine outside by selecting unpolished rice by a mixed rice selection part 3 for rockably selecting by receiving mixed rice from a mixed rice tank 24, by providing a hulling part 1 for hulling rice hulls, a wind selection part 2 for air-selecting the rice hulls from the mixed rice coming out of the hulling part 1 by a suction fan 13 and the mixed rice tank 24 for temporarily storing the mixed rice, the hulling sorter can adjust rotation of the suction fan 13 to a high rotation speed F1, a standard rotation speed F3, a gradual reduction rotation area F2 for gradually reducing to the standard rotation speed F3 from the high rotation speed F1 and a low rotation speed F4 lower than the standard rotation speed F3.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 11 【課題】本発明は、籾摺部から出る混合米から吸引ファンの吸引風で籾殻を取り除く籾摺選別機において、籾殻とともに機外に排出される玄米を少なくして収量の多い籾摺選別機とすることを課題とする。【解決手段】穀粒を摺る籾摺部１と該籾摺部１から出る混合米から籾殻を吸引ファン１３で風選する風選部２と混合米を一時溜める混合米タンク２４を設け、混合米タンク２４からの混合米を受けて揺動選別する混合米選別部３で玄米を選別して機外に取り出す籾摺選別機において、吸引ファン１３の回転を高回転数Ｆ１と標準回転数Ｆ３と高回転数Ｆ１から標準回転数Ｆ３へ徐々に低下する漸減回転域Ｆ２及び標準回転Ｆ３よりも低い低回転数Ｆ４に調整可能にした籾摺選別機とする。【選択図】図１１
