To provide a sampling device capable of accurately determining the volume of a sample.SOLUTION: A sampling device comprises: a sampling tube which partitions an opening and a hollow part capable of holding a sample sampled through the opening; a conveyance body which is capable of moving the sampling tube to a sampling position at which the sample can be sampled; a digital phase difference image acquisition part which is capable of acquiring a digital phase difference image of the sample sampled into the sampling tube by moving the sampling tube by the conveyance body; and a volume determination part which determines the volume of the sample sampled into the sampling tube based on the digital phase difference image acquired by the digital phase difference image acquisition part.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 【課題】試料の体積を精度良く決定することが可能な試料採取装置を提供する。【解決手段】試料採取装置は、開口及び前記開口を通じて採取した試料を保持可能な中空部を区画する採取管と、前記採取管を、前記試料の採取が可能な採取位置に移動可能な搬送体と、前記搬送体で前記採取管を移動することによって、前記採取管に採取された前記試料のデジタル位相差画像を取得可能なデジタル位相差画像取得部と、前記デジタル位相差画像取得部が取得した前記デジタル位相差画像に基づいて、前記採取管に採取された前記試料の体積を決定する体積決定部と、を備える。【選択図】図１
