To enable a manager to selectively monitor a driver who enters a driving state that is truly needed to be monitored.SOLUTION: A management support system includes a first monitoring device that monitors a traveling state of an object vehicle, a second monitoring device that monitors a driver's driving-time physical condition, a server, and a manager terminal. When the traveling state meets a predetermined first alert condition, the first monitoring device transmits first monitoring information to the server. When the driving-time physical condition meets a predetermined second alert condition, the second monitoring device transmits second monitoring information to the server. The server includes a memory unit that stores a monitoring requirement criterion for use in determining whether a driver's driving state ranks on a monitoring requirement level, a determination processing unit that determines on the basis of the received first and second pieces of monitoring information whether the monitoring requirement criterion is met, and a transmission unit that, when it is determined that the monitoring requirement criterion is met, transmits monitoring requirement notification information, which signifies that the driver's driving state ranks on the monitoring requirement level, to the manager terminal.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 【課題】運転者が真に監視が必要な運転状態である場合に、管理者によって当該運転者を重点的に監視させることを可能にする。【解決手段】管理支援システムは、対象車両の走行状態を監視する第一監視装置と、運転者の運転時体調状態を監視する第二監視装置と、サーバと、管理者端末とを備える。第一監視装置は、走行状態が所定の第一警告条件を満たすと第一監視情報をサーバに送信し、第二監視装置は、運転時体調状態が所定の第二警告条件を満たすと第二監視情報をサーバに送信する。サーバは、運転者の運転状態が要監視レベルであるかどうかを判定するための要監視判定条件が記憶された記憶部と、受信した第一及び前記第二監視情報に基づいて要監視判定条件を満たすか否かの判定を行う判定処理部と、要監視判定条件を満たすと判定された場合に管理者端末に対して運転者の運転状態が要監視レベルであることを示す要監視通知情報を送信する送信部とを備える。【選択図】 図１
