Zusammenfassung: | To prevent the high temperature oxidation corrosion of a steel duct in which fluid flowing along the inside surface is high temperature gas, and which is used under an environment having a high temperature change and is exposed to high temperature oxidation corrosion environment.SOLUTION: A method for preventing high temperature oxidation corrosion of a steel duct according to the present invention is a method for preventing high temperature oxidation corrosion of a steel duct in which fluid flowing along the inside surface is high temperature gas of 500°C or higher, and which is exposed to a high temperature oxidation corrosion environment, wherein high temperature oxidation suppression gas is made to flow along the inside surface of the steel duct to suppress the high temperature oxidation corrosion of the steel duct. At this time, it is preferable that the inside surface temperature of the steel duct is reduced to 450°C or lower, and the high temperature oxidation suppression gas is an oxygen-free gas or a gas having an oxygen gas content of 1.0 vol.% or lower.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
【課題】 内面を流れる流体が高温ガスであり、温度変化の大きい環境下で使用され、高温酸化腐食環境に晒される鋼製ダクトの高温酸化腐食を防止する。【解決手段】 本発明に係る鋼製ダクトの高温酸化腐食防止方法は、内面を流れる流体が500℃以上の高温ガスであり、高温酸化腐食環境に晒される鋼製ダクトの高温酸化腐食防止方法であって、前記鋼製ダクトの内面に高温酸化抑制ガスを流入させ、前記鋼製ダクトの高温酸化腐食を抑制する。その際に、前記高温酸化抑制ガスにより、前記鋼製ダクトの内面温度を450℃以下に低下すること、及び、前記高温酸化抑制ガスが、酸素ガスを含有しないガス、または、酸素ガス含有量が1.0体積%以下のガスであることが好ましい。【選択図】 図4 |
