Zusammenfassung:To provide an instantaneous hot water tapping device capable of performing discharge of expanded water so as to reduce loss of heat quantity in a hot water storage tank, while heating hot water in the hot water storage tank.SOLUTION: An instantaneous hot water tapping device 20A includes: an inflow side pipeline 30 opening to a portion closer to a lower part of a hot water storage tank 21; an outflow side pipeline 31 opening to a portion closer to an upper part of the hot water storage tank 21; and a bypass pipeline 32 in parallel with the hot water storage tank 21. A flow rate adjusting valve 33 as a bypass ratio adjusting valve is assembled to the inflow side pipeline 30, and an expanded water discharge device 37 is connected to the inflow side pipeline 30 on the downstream side of the flow rate adjusting valve 33.
