Zusammenfassung: | To provide a hydraulic pump which improves the strength of a suction ejection passage formed on a pump main body and can suppress generation of cavitation on the suction ejection passage.SOLUTION: A suction ejection passage 15 formed on a cover member 3 constituting a pump main body 1 includes a groove part 15A which is formed so as to be circular arcuate depression and a passage part 15B which is connected to a bottom surface of the groove part 15A and is opened to an outer surface 3B of the cover member 3. A first circulation 15H which minimizes a circulation area S1 allowing liquid to be circulated on one side in a circumferential direction of a beam 15C formed on the groove part 15A is formed, and a second circulation part 15I which minimizes a circulation area S2 allowing liquid to be circulated on the other side in the circumferential direction of the beam 15C, is formed. A third circulation part 15J which minimizes circulation area S3 allowing liquid to be circulated on the passage part 15B is formed. The sum of a circulation area S1 of the first circulation part 15H and a circulation area S2 of the second circulation part 15I is set to be a circulation area S3 of the third circulation part 15J or more.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
【課題】 ポンプ本体に形成する吸入吐出通路の強度向上を図ると共に、吸入吐出通路におけるキャビテーションの発生を抑制し得る液圧ポンプを提供する。【解決手段】 ポンプ本体1を構成する蓋部材3に形成した吸入吐出通路15は、円弧状に窪み形成した溝部15Aと、溝部15Aの底面に接続して蓋部材3の外面3Bに開口する通路部15Bとから構成する。溝部15Aに形成した梁15Cの周方向一方側において液体が流通する流通面積S1を最小とする第1流通部15Hを形成すると共に、梁15Cの周方向他方側において液体が流通する流通面積S2を最小とする第2流通部15Iを形成する。通路部15Bにおいて液体が流通する流通面積S3を最小とする第3流通部15Jを形成する。第1流通部15Hの流通面積S1と第2流通部15Iの流通面積S2との和を第3流通部15Jの流通面積S3以上にした。【選択図】 図3 |
