【課題】工期の短縮を実現することのできる建て替え工法を提供する。【解決手段】旧構造物１０の上から所定の高さ以上の部分である高層部を解体し終わるまでに、旧構造物１０の所定の高さ以下の部分である低層部１０Ｌを、仮設テントの壁Ｗで囲う。次いで、壁Ｗの上に屋根を作ることで仮設テントを完成させる。仮設テントの内部で、旧構造物の低層部１０Ｌの解体と、旧構造物１０の地下の構造体の解体を含める地下工事とを実行する。【選択図】図５ |
