Zusammenfassung:To provide a manufacturing method of an Al-Zn-Mg-based alloy casting material capable of suitably adjusting added amount of Ti.SOLUTION: There is provided a manufacturing method of an Al-Zn-Mg-based alloy casting material for manufacturing an Al alloy casting material W2 by solidifying an Al-Zn-Mg-based alloy molten metal W1 supplied to a casting machine 6 via a molten metal channel 4 by the casting machine 6. The manufacturing method includes a primary Ti addition process for adding Ti to the Al-Zn-Mg-based alloy molten metal W1 before distribution in the molten metal channel 4 in advance, and a secondary Ti addition process for adding Ti to the Al-Zn-Mg-based alloy molten metal distributed through the molten metal channel 4 by a feeder 5.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 【課題】Tiの添加量を適切に調整することができるAl−Zn−Mg系合金鋳造材の製造方法を提供する。【解決手段】本発明は、溶湯流路4を介して鋳造機6に供給されたAl−Zn−Mg系合金溶湯W1を鋳造機6によって凝固して、Al合金鋳造材W2を製造するようにしたAl−Zn−Mg系合金鋳造材の製造方法を対象とする。本発明の製造方法は、溶湯流路4を流通する前のAl−Zn−Mg系合金溶湯W1に、予めTiを添加する一次Ti添加工程と、溶湯流路4を流通するAl−Zn−Mg系合金溶湯に、フィーダー5によりTiを添加する二次Ti添加工程とを含む。【選択図】図1
