Zusammenfassung:To provide a novel zeolite suitable as a substrate for a hydrocarbon adsorbent exhibiting good hydrocarbon adsorption characteristics even after exposure to an atmosphere of high temperature and high humidity.SOLUTION: The zeolite can be obtained by a manufacturing method including a step of crystallizing a composition containing silica source, alumina source, boron source, alkali source, at least one of 1-[1-(4-chlorophenyl)-cyclopropylmethyl]-1-ethyl-pyrrolidinium cation source or 1-ethyl-1-(1-phenyl-cyclopropylmethyl)-pyrrolidinium cation source represented by a following formula, and water to obtain a crystallized product, and a step of treating the crystallized product with an aqueous aluminum salt solution.SELECTED DRAWING: None 【課題】高温高湿雰囲気下への暴露後であっても、高い炭化水素吸着特性を示す炭化水素吸着剤の基材として適した新規のゼオライトを提供する。【解決手段】ゼオライトは、シリカ源、アルミナ源、ホウ素源、アルカリ源、下式に示す1−[1−(4−クロロフェニル)−シクロプロピルメチル]−1−エチル−ピロリジニウムカチオン源又は1−エチル−1−(1−フェニル−シクロプロピルメチル)−ピロリジニウムカチオン源の少なくともいずれか、及び、水を含む組成物を結晶化して結晶化物を得る工程、及び、該結晶化物をアルミニウム塩水溶液で処理する工程を有する製造方法により、得ることができる。【選択図】なし
