Zusammenfassung:To provide an Al-Mg based alloy cast material manufacturing method that can appropriately adjust amounts of Ti to be added.SOLUTION: The Al-Mg based alloy cast material manufacturing method, in which Al-Mg based alloy molten metal W1 supplied to a casting machine 6 through a molten metal passage 4 is coagulated by the casting machine 6 to manufacture an Al-Mg based alloy cast material W2, includes a primary Ti adding step in which Ti is previously added to the Al-Mg based alloy molten metal W1 which has not yet passed through the molten metal passage 4 and a secondary Ti adding step in which Ti is added by a feeder 5 to the Al-Mg based alloy molten metal passing through the molten metal passage 4.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 【課題】Tiの添加量を適切に調整することができるAl−Mg系合金鋳造材の製造方法を提供する。【解決手段】本発明は、溶湯流路4を介して鋳造機6に供給されたAl−Mg系合金溶湯W1を鋳造機6によって凝固して、Al合金鋳造材W2を製造するようにしたAl−Mg系合金鋳造材の製造方法を対象とする。本発明の製造方法は、溶湯流路4を流通する前のAl−Mg系合金溶湯W1に、予めTiを添加する一次Ti添加工程と、溶湯流路4を流通するAl−Mg系合金溶湯に、フィーダー5によりTiを添加する二次Ti添加工程とを含む。【選択図】図1
