LOW PRESSURE CASTING MACHINE

To provide a low pressure casting machine capable of keeping the pressure in a pressurization chamber into a prescribed pressure value.SOLUTION: A low pressure casting machine 1 where an inert gas is introduced into a pressurization chamber 11 and a molten metal M is pressurized, comprises: the pressurization chamber 11; an exhaust passage communicated with the pressurization chamber 11; and a first check valve 25 and a second check valve 26 provided at the exhaust passage. The first check valve 25 allows the flow-out of the gas from the pressurization chamber 11 in the case the pressure in the pressurization chamber 11 is a first pressure value or higher, the first pressure value being higher than the outside pressure of the first check valve 25, and the second check valve 26 allows the flow-in of the gas to the pressurization chamber 11 in the case the pressure in the pressurization chamber 11 is a second pressure value or lower, the second pressure value being lower than the outside pressure of the second check valve 26.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 【課題】加圧室内の圧力を所定の圧力値内に保つことができる低圧鋳造機を提供すること。【解決手段】本発明に係る低圧鋳造機１は、加圧室１１内に不活性ガスを導入して溶湯Ｍを加圧する低圧鋳造機１であって、加圧室１１と、加圧室１１に連通された排気路と、排気路に設けられた第１の逆止弁２５及び第２の逆止弁２６と、を備える。第１の逆止弁２５は、加圧室１１内の圧力が第１の逆止弁２５の外気圧よりも高い第１の圧力値以上の場合に加圧室１１からの気体の流出を許可し、第２の逆止弁２６は、加圧室１１内の圧力が第２の逆止弁２６の外気圧よりも低い第２の圧力値以下の場合に加圧室１１への気体の流入を許可する。【選択図】図１
