Zusammenfassung: | To provide a maintenance planning device and a maintenance planning method that prepare an optimal maintenance plan assuming various failure rates for each facility.SOLUTION: A maintenance planning device 1 includes: a failure rate model generation unit (a failure rate calculation unit 104) that generates a failure rate model on the basis of failure probability information for O&M assets set by a user; a simulation execution unit 20 that performs, based on the generated failure rate model, a simulation on a failure that may occur in the O&M assets under a plurality of different conditions; a KPI calculation unit 103 that calculates KPIs respectively corresponding to different conditions on the basis of the simulation results; and an analysis unit 30 that analyzes a plurality of different conditions and the KPIs respectively corresponding to the plurality of different conditions, and determines an optimum condition corresponding to the best KPI.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
