FALLING PREVENTION PIN

To provide a falling prevention pin capable of surely grabbing a head part with fingers, and capable of being extracted/inserted from/into a pin hole of a shaft member.SOLUTION: A falling prevention 11 has: a linear insertion part 13 formed by integrally bending a metal wire having a spring property, and inserted into a pin hole; a corrugated part 14 elastically engaged with an outer peripheral part of a shaft member; and a folded part 15 connecting the insertion part and the corrugated part. The folded part has: a linear gripping part 15a hooked by fingers when the falling prevention pin is inserted/removed into/from the pin hole; a first bent part 15b connecting one end of the gripping part and the insertion part at a right angle; and a second bent part 15c connecting the other end of the gripping part and the corrugated part in a direction which the corrugated part adjoins to the insertion part.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 【課題】頭部を手指で確実に掴むことができ、軸部材のピン孔に容易に抜き差し可能な抜け止めピンを提供する。【解決手段】抜け止めピン１１は、ばね性のある金属線材を一体的に曲げ形成してなり、ピン孔に差し込まれる直線状の挿通部１３と、軸部材の外周部に弾性的に係合する波状部１４と、挿通部と波状部とを繋ぐ折り返し部１５とを有し、該折り返し部は、抜け止めピンをピン孔に抜き差しするときに手指を掛ける直線状の把持部１５ａと、該把持部の一端と挿通部とを直角に繋ぐ第１曲げ部１５ｂと、把持部の他端と波状部とを該波状部が挿通部に近接する向きに繋ぐ第２曲げ部１５ｃとを有している。【選択図】図１
