Zusammenfassung:	To provide a combination drug that is suitable for treatment of pain and exhibits fewer undesired side effects than its individual components if administered in effective doses.SOLUTION: A combination drug includes as components (a) at least one 3-(3-dimethylamino-1-ethyl-2-methyl-propyl)phenol compound, and (b) at least one antiepileptic. The combination is useful in treatment of pain selected from inflammatory pain, neuropathic pain, acute pain, chronic pain, visceral pain, migraine pain and cancer pain.SELECTED DRAWING: None 【課題】痛みの処置に好適であり、かつ有効用量で投与する場合、個々の成分と比較して好ましくない副作用が少ない、配合剤の提供。【解決手段】成分として（ａ）少なくとも１種の３−（３−ジメチルアミノ−１−エチル−２−メチル−プロピル）−フェノール化合物、および（ｂ）少なくとも１種の抗癲癇薬を含む配合剤。炎症性痛、神経因性痛、急性痛、慢性痛、内臓痛、片頭痛および癌の痛みから選ばれる痛みの治療に有用。【選択図】なし
