Zusammenfassung:	To provide a cosmetic containing a component (a), dibutylhydroxytoluene and a component (b), vitamin E or to provide a composition for suppressing the discoloration with time of a skin external preparation.SOLUTION: There is provided a composition which comprises the following components (a) to (c): (a) dibutylhydroxytoluene, (b): vitamin E, (c) niacinamide and further preferably comprises a component (d) dipotassium glycyrrhizinate, wherein 40 mass% or more of the composition preferably is an aqueous component and the ratio [(a)+(b)]/(c) of the total content mass of the component (a) and the component (b) to the content mass of the component (c) preferably is 0.1 to 12000.SELECTED DRAWING: None 【課題】成分（ａ）ジブチルヒドロキシトルエン及び成分（ｂ）ビタミンＥを含む化粧料又は皮膚外用剤の経時的な変色を抑制する組成物の提供。【解決手段】次の成分（ａ）〜（ｃ）；（ａ）ジブチルヒドロキシトルエン、（ｂ）ビタミンＥ、（ｃ）ナイアシンアミドを含有する組成物。該組成物中に、さらに成分（ｄ）グリチルリチン酸ジカリウムを含有することが好ましく、該組成物の４０質量％以上が水性成分であることが好ましい。前記成分（ｃ）の含有質量に対する、成分（ａ）と成分（ｂ）との合計含有質量の割合［（ａ）＋（ｂ）］／（ｃ）が、０．１〜１２０００であることが好ましい。【選択図】なし
