Zusammenfassung: | To provide an apparatus for molding a foam-resin composite metal plate, capable of enhancing filling characteristic of a foam resin in a simple structure and preventing the foam resin from leaking out between a steel material and a back-surface material.SOLUTION: An apparatus 100 for molding a foam-resin composite metal plate 20 includes: an upper mold 3 capable of coming into contact with a back-surface material 21; a lower mold 4 capable of coming into contact with a steel plate 22; and an air bag 6 applying pressure onto the upper mold 3 and the lower mold 4. The upper mold 3 is formed with at least one vent groove 31 and the inside of the vent groove 31 is provided with elastic members 9a and 9b. In a state in which the back-surface material 21 and the steel plate 22 are sandwiched between the upper mold 3 and the lower mold 4, the air in a foam resin filling space X can be flown out to the outside via the vent groove 31. In addition, between the elastic members 9a and 9b and the steel plate 22, there is provided a gap D where the back-surface material 21 can be lifted up and a foam resin H cannot leak out.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5
【課題】簡単な構造で発泡樹脂の充填性を高めるとともに、鋼材と裏面材との間からの発泡樹脂の漏出を防止することができる発泡樹脂複合金属板の成形装置を提供する。【解決手段】発泡樹脂複合金属板20の成形装置100は、裏面材21に当接可能な上金型3と、鋼板22に当接可能な下金型4と、上金型3及び下金型4に圧力を加えるエアバッグ6とを備え、上金型3には、少なくとも1つの通気溝31が形成されるとともに、通気溝31の内側には弾性部材9a,9bが設けられ、上金型3と下金型4との間に裏面材21及び鋼板22が挟み込まれた状態において、発泡樹脂充填空間Xの空気は通気溝31を介して外部に流出可能であり、かつ、弾性部材9a,9bと鋼板22との間には裏面材21が持ち上がり可能であるとともに発泡樹脂Hの漏出が不可能な間隙Dが設けられる。【選択図】図5 |
