Zusammenfassung:	To provide a hydrophilic sheet whose hydrophilic layer is sufficiently protected during the storage or transportation of the hydrophilic sheet, and in which, during the period until the hydrophilic sheet is used, the excellent hydrophilicity originally possessed by the hydrophilic sheet is sufficiently maintained.SOLUTION: Provided is a hydrophilic sheet having at least a hydrophilic layer and a protective layer on the substrate layer, and in which the hydrophilic layer is a layer having a surface with a water contact angle of 30° or less and the protective layer has a surface with a water contact angle of more than 30° and 100° or less and is a layer directly laminated on the hydrophilic layer, and the outermost layer of at least one side is the protective layer.SELECTED DRAWING: None 【課題】親水性シートを保管したり、運搬したりする際に、親水性層が十分に保護される親水性シートであって、親水性シートを使用するまでの間、親水性シートが本来有する優れた親水性が十分に維持される親水性シートを提供する。【解決手段】基材層上に、少なくとも親水性層と保護層とを有する親水性シートであって、前記親水性層が、水接触角が３０°以下の表面を有する層であり、前記保護層が、水接触角が３０°超１００°以下の表面を有し、かつ、前記親水性層上に直接積層されている層であり、少なくとも一方の側の最外層が前記保護層である親水性シート。【選択図】なし
